Front desk · not a clinic chart
Haven is a fictional private arrival. The work is check-in, language, and a waiting room — never a symptom, never a plan of care.
The olive tree is not a metaphor for outcomes. It is just the lobby.
When you arrive
Reception moves a name from the check-in queue into the waiting room, calls a room, and marks the visit seen. That is the entire operation.

English, 繁體中文, or 粵語. The desk filters by it. Nobody is asked to repeat themselves in the wrong one.
Identity, and anything you were told to carry. The reason for visiting is free text. It is not sorted into a medical category.
Checked-in names sit in the waiting room until reception calls a room and later marks them seen.
Languages spoken
| At reception | Used for |
|---|---|
| English | Names, time windows, and the waiting-room call |
| 繁體中文 | The same sentences, written, not approximated |
| 粵語 | Spoken at the desk when that is the preference on the card |
What to bring
Photo identification, so the queue and the person are the same.
A referral letter or envelope if someone handed you one. Reception files it. Reception does not interpret it.
A phone number for the time window you chose. Not a history.
The lobby
Haven is deliberately not the lavender clinic down the hall. There is no practitioner grid and no programme of care. There is a desk, a language, and a chair with your name.
If you are looking for medical advice, this page will not give it. The assistant refuses. The form does not sort what you write.
Book a visit
Name, a time window, a language, and a reason in your own words. The reason is not triaged. This form never leaves the browser.
Front desk
Counts come from the list. Actions are check in, call to room, and mark seen by reception.
